Marblevator mechanisms is the latest in my marblevator series of marble machines and features the quickest marble lift mechanism i ve ever designed. At first glance i thought this creation was some sort of wooden gear clock. The model incorporates two antique mechanisms. I copied this idea from brad litwin s quadrapult. Marble machine quatro 2010. Brad s quadrapult is powered by a motor so the marbles arrive at the catapult at regular intervals. The centerpiece for this marble machine are the gears.

The only thing that gave it away was the fact there were no hands on the face not to mention it was missing numbers. My fascination with gears mechanisms marble machines and history formed my inspiration for this model. I hope he doesn t assert any copyrights i watched his video many times took screen captures and studied the mechanism. The open construction of the lift means it can be integrated anywhere within the marble run.

Thanks to the ingenious technology of the marble lift it s finally possible to transport your marbles right back to the start of the track after completing an exciting run. They lift dozens of marbles at a time and send them down an amazing track of twists and turns.
