As the thumb generally is not the most dexterous of the five digits you may find it hard at first to actually get the cursor to point to the right icon.

Annoying and time consuming. You need couple of weeks to get used to it but then it s simple to use like any other mouse. So now that i m using it i ve just realised it has no scroll wheel and having to click on the side bar to manually scroll on webpages is well. The only real big downside of the mouse is that it lacks the scrolling wheel.
